Ecclesia Theological Initiative
As a relational network of missional church pastors and leaders, Ecclesia is driven by certain core beliefs, functions, and values. While these dimensions of our community already find expression in our gatherings and equipping events, they are also leading us further into a theological initiative.
Our sense is that the most helpful forms of theological education for the kinds of leaders who are involved and interested in Ecclesia will…
- root theological education in the context of ministry
- facilitate not just classes, but learning communities
- respond to the needs of entrepreneurial leaders and innovative churches
To this end, we are partnering with Northern Seminary who shares these same values. Northern is willing to work in relationship with us to create degree opportunities at the master’s and doctoral level to serve the Ecclesia community. On top of this, leaders within Ecclesia Network churches may be eligible to receive tuition discounts. Depending on the degree program, the various gatherings and equipping events hosted by Ecclesia may be integrated into program courses.
If you are interested in participating in a master’s or DMin cohort, email jr.rozko@ecclesianet.org for more information.
