Ecclesia Stockton
Ecclesia Stockton was a church birthed in March of 2009. It began with 11 friends in a living room with a desire to be a community that embodied the kingdom of Jesus. Our hope has been to deeply root our hearts within the gospel and root our hands and feet into the background of downtown Stockton. Ecclesia spends much of its time asking itself the question how it can be an alternative city of faith, hope and love within a larger city. Our desire is to be a gospel community that makes the kingdom tangible by our words and deeds with the hope that those around us experience, hear and hopefully enter into.

New Denver Church
Location: Denver
Denver is a great city. Thriving culture, amazing weather, and of course, magnificent scenery. But the people of Denver are great too, and we believe that God is extending his transforming grace and restoration to the thousands of people that call Denver home. We want to be part of that vision and mission, creating a local community of people who follow Jesus, embody his grace, and extend his love to the whole city.
The mission of New Denver Church is to lead people into a growing relationship with Jesus Christ. We don’t believe a church is simply a building or set of programs but rather a community of people. Our prayer is that this new community of people will be known by their authentic relationships with one another and the way they share God’s love with the people of Denver. We also believe that those who have never been a part of a church like this should experience acceptance, grace, and ultimately, what it means to have a growing relationship with Jesus Christ.”

Florida
Rhythm Church
Location: Miami, FL
Rhythm Church began brewing about three years before it was actually planted. That’s when a circle of friends in Miami began feeling that God was calling us to give birth to a fresh expression of the church in the future. The simple question we began with was, “What does it look like to follow Jesus in the place and time?”
“As one of our leaders headed off to seminary, we decided to meet up every six months or so for a retreat. We shared meals, laughed, caught up on stories, and pressed into God seeking vision about the future. When our church officially went “public” we met in a home for four months before moving into a church building next to the University of Miami. A handful of families within the community are in the process of relocating to this neighborhood. We want to commit to a people and a place. It seems everybody is into upward-mobility these days but we feel Jesus calling us to practice downward mobility; to live close enough to share possessions, have common prayer times, and help raise one another’s kids. We like the idea of a network of neighborhood churches working together – so once we have enough people coming to our church from another part of the city we’ll look at starting a neighborhood church there.
We chose the name Rhythm because that single word describes the sort of common life we’re seeking. Through daily and weekly practices we’re trying to align our lives to a common rhythm – a rhythm that’s in tune with God’s kingdom, that revolves around worship and mission, loving God and loving others. Rhythm is co-pastored by Keas Keasler and Matt Alexander.

Location: Kingsville, OH
Open Door is a community of missional believers passionately doing what we can for the small part of the kingdom located in the very northeast corner of Ohio. We have been strategically placed by God somewhere between Cleveland, OH and Erie, PA in Kingsville, OH where the waves of Lake Erie crash our northern border in the spring, summer and fall, then it turns on us and deposits copious amounts of snow on us in the winter. Yet it is our desire, our calling, to make disciples. To see our church ethos changed from accumulating church-goers to calling out apprentices for Jesus who can then be sent out, equipped to do the work of the Kingdom.

Portland Church Plant
People from all different walks of life and different parts of the world continue to move into America’s urban areas. Increasingly, to “go to the ends of the world” means going deep into the heart of city. Each American city has a unique identity. We believe that Portland’s unique identity aligns well with many of the values, ideals, and teachings found in the gospel. While Portland remains largely “un-churched,” the heart of the gospel is not too far a reach for Portlanders. We believe that through serving the needs of others, building relationships, and sharing life with Portlanders, we will effectively build the church and share the gospel. We seek to holistically live each day in the way of Christ. By doing so, we hope to be a visible creative expression of the Kingdom of God in Portland.

A New Community
Dallas, TX
Sensing the direction and guidance of the Holy Spirit, a small group of people stepped out on faith to form a new church in North Dallas, A New Community. Our community consists of homeless people living in Dallas shelters, folks from transitional housing, Africans who have relocated from Cameroon, Togo, Liberia, and people living in the suburbs of Dallas. In a very humble setting of a warehouse, we gather to worship each week. We believe in a strong community that shares all aspects of life together: the struggles, the disappointments, the celebrations, and the transformation of lives through Christ. We are led by Co-pastors: an African pastor (male) from Cameroon and a (woman) pastor from Dallas, representative of the different aspects of lives in our community. Our strong diversity allows us to embrace our differences and cherish our common faith.A New Community is the place “where God’s great mercy and the world’s great hunger meet.” It is a place we seek to be Christ to our community and to each other.
